Hey Everybody! Today I decided to give you a little incite to my makeup collection, specifically my tiny Mac collection which is one of my most loved brands! So before this post turns into a 1000 word essay, here it is!
Lips
1. Vegas Volt - Amplified
This is the first lipstick I ever bought. I actually purchased it from the big shopping mall in Paris! I am really dissapointed in myself for not wearing this as often as I should because it is a gorgeous red toned coral. I must admit, in the shop it looked a slightly different colour so when I got it home.. well lets just say it was slightly unexpected. Never the less, I still love it and being an amplified lipstick, the colour is really rich and bright. I would certainly reccomend this for anyone looking for a really creamy textured, bright coral!
2. Creme Cup - Cremesheen
This is a very popular pink toned nude and I can definitely see what all of the hype is about! I am one of those people who find it extremely difficult to pull off nudes, however, this is a really diverse colour and I love to add Tanya Burr Chic lipgloss over the top for such a pretty colour! Obviously, being a cremesheen, it is very creamy and there is nothing better than a nourishing moisturising lip product! The only down side to this lipstick is that it doesn't stay on for a long period of time, maybe a few hours at the most but anyway it's such a gorgeous colour perfect for shoving in your bag!
3. Pink Plaid - Matte
This is the most recent lipstick to be added to my collection. Matte probably has to be one of my favourite "textures" and it recently occurred to me that I didn't own a mac one. My eyes were instantly drawn to this muted pink - purple colour which is just so gorgeous! I do find that it is quite difficult to pair up with an eye look but I'm sure I will figure out something! This is a very different lipstick in my collection because I have never really owned a purpley lipsick so I was really interested to see what it would look like and I love it to bits! As a matte lipstick, it lasts for ages which is a huge plus to me as I really can't be bothered to top up during the day.
Face
- Studio Careblend Pressed Powder
As you can see from the image, this is a very well loved product of mine. In my opinion this is such an amazing powder and the best I have ever used! Despite being a tad too dark, I can confirm that it makes my skin look so amazing and airbrushed. Also it leaves my skin with a healthy natural looking finish, not to cakey or "fake. I 100% reccomend this to anybody seeking perfect finished skin.
Eyes
- White Eyeliner in the shade Fascinating
Why I decided to buy a white eyeliner of all of the other colours I could of had, I don't know. But I can say one thing and that is that I use this way more than I expected to. It has such a smooth application and is easily bendable, also it widens your eyes so much! I love using this in the mornings before school so I look slightly less like a zombie...
- Lustre Eyeshadow in Mythology
I am going to start this by saying this is the most amazing colour you could ever imagine. It is basically a brown-copper with tiny gold specs. Copper is my go-to colour this autumn and this was definitely money well spent! It looks so pretty on blue eyes (including mine haha) and I love to wear it with a darker brown on my lashline and in the crease. Also, to glam it up a bit, I will apply the push up liner by Benefit. I so reccomend this if you are looking for a perfect complimentary copper!
